All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid directly to the carrier before your order is released.
We do not collect or remit any customs duties, taxes, or VAT on international orders. If you need details about your country’s import policies, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. International shipping rates are already subsidized on our end and we're trying our best to improve the experience as much as possible.

If you have any issues with your order, please email support@warkitchen.net with your order number and as much information as possible. We will get back to you within one business day.
In the case of a damaged product, we'll send a replacement out as soon as possible. You do not have to return the damaged product. In the unfortunate circumstance that we're sold out, a full refund will be issued for your order.
